The City of Chicago has discontinued the Neighborhood Festival Program which had helped us keep our fees low. We are sorry that we must raise the fees to cover the additional costs.
Anyone who does not submitted a valid Illinois tax number will not be able to participate. You may not exhibit in Chicago without it. you should be able to get one from any State of Illinois facility or from http://www.illinois.gov/.
To apply, please send the following:
- The Application. Please fill out each line.
- Your listed booth fee -made out to: Community Art Fair
- $25.00 check made out to: City of Chicago, Department of Revenue
- New applicants must send 5 photos or slides (No discs, please). Professional quality not necessary.
Please include a self-addressed envelope with proper postage if you want us to return your screening materials.
